Before I was a franchise coach, I was the one buying, building, and running businesses. I’ve founded three companies on two continents, including an IT company in Poland and a real estate investment firm in Texas. Most recently, I grew a Vanguard Cleaning Area Developer territory in Houston into a multi-million-dollar operation with 30+ franchisees and 300 customers, before selling it.
