About Adam
I’ve spent 20 years as a business investor and entrepreneur and more than 10 years as a franchise consultant. I founded an IT firm in Poland and a real estate company in Texas, and I grew a Vanguard Cleaning franchise territory in Houston to 30+ franchisees and 300+ customers before exiting. What should I have ready?
A rough idea of how much you’d like to invest and what you want from ownership (income, flexibility, time). No industry decision needed. Most people don’t know yet, and that’s the usual starting point.
Can I keep my current job?
Many franchise models are built for semi-absentee or executive ownership. On the call I’ll tell you whether that’s realistic for your situation.
Do we meet in person or online?
