History

In October, 2005, VP of Development for Sport Clips hired Franchise Performance Group to train and develop their Area Developers in franchisee recruitment.  FPG conducted a one-day session laying out a step-by-step recruitment process for Area Developers to follow.  For a six-month period afterwards, FPG and VP of Development led an ongoing series of conference calls for Area Developers to reinforce their training and to assist them in skillfully implementing the franchise sales process.

Results
Sport Clips grew almost 50% over the next two years, opening 150 new locations.
