 Joe Mathews, Founding Partner
Founder of the Franchise Performance Group, has over 20 years experience with such national chains as Subway, Blimpies and Motophoto. Mathews specializes in the area of franchisee recruitment, franchisee performance, and franchisee-franchisor relations. Mathews is a highly rated speaker on topics relating to franchising and human performance. He is a regular presenter at IFA conferences and is an instructor with the ICFE (Institute of Certified Franchise Executives). Mathews co-authored Street Smart Franchising with Don Debolt and Deb Percival.
Paul Pieschel, Sr. Consultant
Pieschel has over 30 years executive management experience and has held leadership roles in many high growth franchise systems. As VP of Human Resources for Progressive Industries, his management training program was so successful, Pieschel was featured in the book The Competence Connection, by Jay Hall. Progressive Industries purchased Moto Photo. As VP of Franchise Development, Pieschel helped Motophoto to become the premier franchise in the photo industry. Under Pieschel's leadership, Motophoto opened 400 units in 3 countries.
Pieschel also served as Vice President of Franchise Development for The Entrepreneur's Source and Decor & You.
 Michael Mudd, Sr. Consultant
Michael is an expert in franchisee recruitment specializing in sales strategy, process design, lead generation, content development, training and franchise opportunity websites. Within five years as director of Franchise Development with Relax The Back and Nu Image MedSpa, Michael implemented and aligned a systematic sales process to generate $3.1MM in Franchise Fee revenue and an estimated $37MM royalty stream. He is able to effectively utilize strong relationships with franchise consultants to increase lead flow during economically unstable times. Michael is currently managing the franchise awarding process for all candidates at HART Health Franchising, Inc.
